Summer workshop for the Fukuoka Prefectural High School Agricultural Education Research Committee (Agricultural Technology Committee)
We conducted a programming workshop on agricultural IoT using a small computer "Arduino" for teachers at agricultural high schools in Fukuoka Prefecture.
We held Open Campus 2024.
More than 350 high school students visited our Open Campus 2024. At the exhibition, we displayed and introduced our research on improving the performance and safety of agricultural machinery, mechanical simulation of granular materials, plant phenotyping robots, multifunctional harvest carts, ubiquitous environmental control system (UECS) for horticultural facilities, and demonstrated key holder production using a laser cutter. Many students were interested in our researches.

At the Altair Tech Day EDEM Users Group, we presented the results of dynamical simulations for granular materials being conducted in our laboratory.
Exhibited our research results at GPEC 2024.
A demonstration machine for environmental measurement and control equipment under research and development was exhibited at the booth of the Ubiquitous Environmental Control Systems (UECS) Research Group.
